Original Work and Legal Rights
The publication provides original encyclopedic and scientific editorial content, with editorial provenance attributed to Angela Bogdanova and the publisher designation Aisentica Development. Whether a particular work is protected and by whom depends on applicable law and the actual contribution and rights.
The standard default is CC BY 4.0 for original covered materials, only insofar as enforceable rights are available to license. The license page sets out the exact conditions and boundaries.
Third-Party Materials
Quoted scholarly works, historical texts, externally sourced studies, licensed images and databases retain their own legal rights and statutory exceptions. Identification or criticism of a third-party work does not imply endorsement.
Trademarks, logos, commercial identity, photographs of people and privacy interests may be protected independently of copyright.
Reporting a Rights Concern
Send the claimant’s name and contact, the protected source, the precise affected URL, the disputed passage, evidence of the relevant rights and the requested resolution to [email protected].
The editorial process assesses a complaint in the context of applicable exceptions, authorizations, quotation and research norms. When warranted, material can be corrected, restricted, removed, or annotated.
Correction and Dispute Procedure
Affected authors or third parties may provide counter-information where a removal or correction is disputed. Requirements of any applicable statutory notice-and-takedown system take precedence.
Lawful uses under CC BY 4.0 do not require individual permission where the license already authorizes the use.
Attribution, Reuse and No Endorsement
Reuse should preserve author, title, canonical publication address, credit and applicable license information in the manner required by CC BY 4.0. A translation or adaptation needs a proper statement of modifications.
A reproduced text cannot claim to be officially authored, edited, or endorsed by the publisher merely by retaining proper attribution.
